1. Introduction
This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through the Cholmarewyxap website at https://cholmarewyxap.world. We aim to ensure a fair and transparent return process in compliance with Norwegian consumer protection legislation and EU regulations.
2. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)
In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), which implements the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
2.1 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins from the date you receive the last item.
2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
You are responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.
- Products that have been used or consumed.
- Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notification and provide you with return shipping instructions.
- Ship the product: Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it meets the return conditions.
- Refund processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within the timeframe specified below.
6. Refund Information
6.1 Refund Timeframe
If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
6.2 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
6.3 Partial Refunds
If the returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from the refund.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong product sent, product damaged during shipping), we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at feedback@cholmarewyxap.world. Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement: You may request that the defect is remedied or that you receive a replacement product.

- Cancellation of the purchase: If the defect is significant, you may cancel the purchase and receive a full refund.
Claims for defective products can be made within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. Under Norwegian law, the complaint period is at least 2 years from the date of delivery.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the desired item.
10. Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at feedback@cholmarewyxap.world. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal upon receipt.
